My diet!

Soooo I really just wanted to start seeing a change and loosening weight. And I use to be super active and did many sports and activities at the same time. But when college started I had to stop all of them and my body didn't take it too well. So I started this diet called Atkins.

This diet works really good. It's in different phases and as long as you follow the guidelines then you loose weight! It's been 3 weeks and I've almost lost 10 pounds. And it's honestly not that bad! The only thing I recommend is if your a vegetarian or vegan don't try this diet because the main source of food you can eat is meats and eggs and fish.
